Second time we have used Droitwich Shutters and I can’t fault them. Excellent service (they came round to quote the same day), kept us informed all the way through up until delivery and then did an excellent job of the installation. We’ve gone for blackout shutters in our bedroom and it’s transformed the room. Lighter in the day and pitch black at night (or when we want it). I wish every company were as good as these.

Peter recently came to offer a quote for shutters in my living room. He explained that due to the type of windows we had shutters wouldn’t be practical and so couldn’t help us. Whilst we don’t have the shutters we would have liked I really appreciated his honesty and transparency- the sign of a true professional. He even brings his own slippers so he doesn’t bring dirt into your house!

Peter and his team recently installed shutters at the front of our property. This was something we had considered for quite some time but struggled to find the right company to partner with. However, Droitwich Shutters demonstrated outstanding knowledge, attention to detail and ability to understand our requirements and wishes.
