COVID-Safe Procedure

During these unprecedented times we care about your and our safety so we have taken note of the government’s advice, we will take every care in giving you a safe and clean environment where we will be working.

• We will arrive at our appointment time so you are ready.
• On our arrival we will wash & ask for 2 metre distancing when we call. Please confirm the health of your family.
• We cannot work in areas with you, so we ask you are in another room at all times, so no tea or coffee thanks.
• We will open the windows in the room for ventilation & regularly wash our hands & surfaces.
• We will ask you open the doors to the room we are fitting. Please remove any items from the windows & the room is clear for a working area of TWO FEET. Sorry we cannot be moving any of your items in this area.
• We have isolated storage premises which we do not share with anyone else.

We will clean & use protective equipment as we assess any risk. We have branded Coronavirus specific antiviral surface cleaners.

Any concerns you want us to do or delay fitting to your circumstances can be discussed nearer fitting. 

Home Surveys

In addition to the fitting procedures, we ask that we measure first before showing samples so that we can condense our samples to be left by the door.

So, for example if you have 4 windows in 4 rooms we ask you leave the doors  open for us & label the room (Bed 1 etc.). Sorry that we ask this on trust, that you cannot follow us room to room to discuss. We are very experienced & can send detailed pictures from our library etc.

After measuring I will leave the house & get sanitised samples from my car to discuss at the door step, as this is the safest way for both us and you.
