Café shutters are a really popular choice for our customers, who enjoy the style and versatility that the café style allows.
Particularly with custom-made indoor shutters like ours, where the size and shape of the shutters can be made to fit your windows perfectly. Most Café style shutters cover the bottom half of your window (which is where the informal name ‘half-window shutters’ comes from), although we also offer taller ones to create more privacy while still enabling you to show your windows. Especially for customers with beautifully made stained glass windows, this is a great look.

Café shutters are fantastic for kitchens in particular, as they allow for privacy from the outside world while allowing a good amount of light through the windows. Kitchens can often be dark with many units and appliances so white café shutters are very popular to bring in a fresh, clean look. They are a great choice for living room areas as well as hallways, especially in period properties where windows are large and often draughty!
